Bistro offering excellent value in Saint-Germain-en-Laye, and a local bistronomic experience.

Lovers of terroir and good food will find what they're looking for at Bistrot Logique. Since 2015, Mathilde Sartor and Michaël Guindon have been offering an epicurean bistronomic experience. The menu is a marvel, as is the wine list, with options by the glass. The restaurant's must-tries set the tone: roast camembert with croutons, tuna tataki, Lyonnais sausages and terrines... The food is good and the value for money excellent, which is rare in the city, and the welcome and service are impeccable. A real favorite.

Un moment délicieux.Accueil charmant et attentionné (plaid proposé aux clients frileux) Jolie salle lumineuse, tables en bois au nom de grands crus.Carte courte ( gage de cuisine maison et bons produits)mais très tentante. Pour nous ravioles au munster, bœuf mijoté et son bouillon réduit, gambas au curry et baguette feuilletée , pavé de saumon et choix des garnitures ( frites maison ,compotée de poireaux au lard..miam.) et des sauces ( crème et citron confit re miam)Desserts de saison : crumbles, tarte fine ...Fraîcheur des produits , assaisonnement tip/ top.
200 euros à 5 , pour plat +entrée ou plat + dessert.Vin et cafés.
