Bistro offering excellent value in Saint-Germain-en-Laye, and a local bistronomic experience.

Lovers of terroir and good food will find what they're looking for at Bistrot Logique. Since 2015, Mathilde Sartor and Michaël Guindon have been offering an epicurean bistronomic experience. The menu is a marvel, as is the wine list, with options by the glass. The restaurant's must-tries set the tone: roast camembert with croutons, tuna tataki, Lyonnais sausages and terrines... The food is good and the value for money excellent, which is rare in the city, and the welcome and service are impeccable. A real favorite.

Extraordinaire, il n'y a pas d'autres mots pour exprimer la qualité des mets et du service. La viande est de grande qualité et sa cuisson était parfaite. Je garde en particulier un souvenir ému de la tarte aux pommes.
Je vous le conseille.
