CAFÉ DE L'INDUSTRIE
Traditional bar-brewery with terrace suggesting meats, cheeses and a children's menu.
On the Market Square, under the arcades, opposite the Post Office, here is a traditional brewery which does not hide its taste of the soil... Bar-brasserie, terrace and an air-conditioned room upstairs make this comfortable establishment a local institution that is particularly popular on market days, Tuesdays, Fridays and Sundays. The address borrows its good products from the Aveyron. But if the meat of Aubrac is from Conquet, a reference, we are not outdone with Salers or Charolais. Quality can't lie, especially if you taste these meats accompanied by Aligot de jeune montagne, the best of Laguiole in Aveyron. But there are other dishes: the famous andouillettes 5A, the planks, the cheeses, the Poilânes slices of bread... and salads. With the children's menu, and glasses of good wine, you can see that there is something for every taste in this bar-brasserie of the markets that smells like the province.
