We've been eating here for over 35 years, in a decor that's both contemporary and classic. Chef Thomas Cagna offers an elaborate and original cuisine, concocted with fresh, top-quality produce. The à la carte menu features traditional, seasonal gourmet dishes: soft lobster risotto with vegetable beurre blanc; braised veal sweetbreads with celery mousseline; cod fillet with candied root vegetables; and to finish, an éclair with milk jam, or a selection of 4 small desserts chosen by the pastry chef.
