A small restaurant with a varied menu based on the season and the chef's wishes.

You'll recognize this Saint-Germain restaurant by its pretty, sober and elegant front. Here, the menu changes regularly according to the season and the whims of chef Nicolas Specher, who offers delicious French dishes such as veal sweetbreads and homemade foie gras, accompanied by traditional sauces. For dessert, try an apple trompe l'oeil. A 40-strong wine list from small producers. So don't hesitate to book ahead, especially at weekends: the restaurant isn't big.
