Restaurant overlooking the Château de Saint-Germain, featuring classic dishes with quality produce.

This restaurant is one of Saint-Germain-en-Laye's must-try restaurants. With a view of the château directly opposite and a bright, cosy decor, the dishes served are great classics that pay tribute to the quality of the produce. Let's be clear: we come here first and foremost for the seafood, for which the place is a well-known and recognized specialist. The platters are majestic, with products of incomparable freshness. Also on the menu: seafood sauerkraut, veal kidney or cheeseburger. A true institution in the royal city.

Excellent
Un cadre et un personnel très accueillant et agréable. Un délicieux dîner en famille. Fraicheur et qualité des produits, daurade, bavette très tendre et viande de boeuf fondante. Une très bonne adresse, les enfants ont adoré les desserts copieux .

Used to come here regularly for our anniversary, it was our favourite, mi cuit de thon. Terrible. Bad quality tuna, chewy, nervy, boring ratatouille, not the asian veg as before, so so disappointed.
On complaining, the very nice waiter, passed us to the boss- do you want another? As if! Then the wine glass smashed, no one noticed.... finally they took it away, left shards all over the table. No more Brasserie for us.

Nous n'y étions pas allés depuis quelques temps: décoration et carte ont changé. Cadre un peu trop moderne pour une brasserie traditionnelle mais reste une adresse sans surprise. Accueil sympathique et plats classiques.
Visiting has St Germain, we dined on Saturday, February 12 in this typically Parisian brasserie, " which ambiance" , very friendly welcome and responsive, seafood equalizes best brasserie Paris, fresh produce, a good time, we will make very quickly and thank you for this moment.
Upscale restaurant offering delicious and gourmet dishes!
Price in keeping with quality...
Only negative point: my friend and me had a food poisoning following the absorption seafood at the beginning of the year 2011...
