Glacerie 1124 is run by a couple of artisan ice-cream makers, ideally located in front of the Château de Saint-Germain. A pretty, colorful store, with seating for tasting inside or on the terrace. You'll find around forty classic ice creams and sorbets, as well as more original flavors such as tomato-basil, Espelette pepper, avocado-lemon and... sweet potato! No preservatives, colorants or artificial flavors. We liked the Piedmont hazelnut and peanut, and the sugar-free chocolate ice cream. Their specialty: Iranian pistachios.
