The Counter is at the same time a wine bar and a fine grocery store where you can spice up small gourmet discoveries. The location is dedicated to the welcome and has a warm atmosphere enhanced by sunny colours. You'll get a taste of charcuterie or tapas plates (Serrano, Pata Negra, sausage, anchovies, spreads, pickled peppers…) accompanied by a glass of wine, as it should (the cellar contains about thirty references). The land is being honoured: The house works with Yveline Salmon (La Boissière-Ecole), brasserie Volecelest (Bonnelles), Maison house (Laguiole) or the Moulin des Harvest de Grosrouvre for bread. Fruit and vegetables come from small producers located within a radius of less than 60 km. The hotel regularly organises musical evenings and animations that add more attraction to this friendly address.
