Sur place, nous avons passé un merveilleux séjour. Le camp de yourtes est très agréable et permet les rencontres avec les membres d'autres groupes. Les repas sont excellents et les personnes qui travaillent là toujours aux petits soins. Les concerts auxquels nous avons eu la chance d'assister étaient fascinants, émouvants. Les journées passées dans le contexte du Naadam nous ont permis de mieux approcher la belle culture de votre pays, avec grand plaisir. Surtout notre treck en Mongolie centrale a été une belle aventure. La famille propriétaire des chevaux, celle qui possède les yacks, notre guide, notre cuisinière et nos chauffeurs ont été formidables, plein d'attention pour tous les membres du groupe. Nous avons profité les yeux grands ouverts des paysages magnifiques de la Mongolie centrale et avons passé beaucoup de très bons moments, dont je me souviendrai toute ma vie.
En revanche il me faut aussi signaler que l'organisation autour du treck, par l'agence Orso n'est pas aidante, voire relève de l'abus de confiance. Les informations données par téléphone sur nos dates d'arrivée et de départ se sont révélées fausses et ont provoqué des coût supplémentaires d'hébergement qui nous ont été réclamés même la veille de notre départ, sortis d'un chapeau. Globalement les informations passent très mal de l'agence en France aux équipes sur place. C'est dommage, cela génère des tensions qui ternissent les souvenirs, très bons par ailleurs.

Je viens de vivre un voyage de plus d'un mois et demi entre Saint-Petersbourg et Hong Kong en passant par la Mongolie.
Le réceptif Mongol du voyagiste Français retenu fut : Orso voyage et avec son équipe dont son guide Daria dévouée maîtrisant notre langue à la perfection nous avons passé un séjour parfait sans nuages.
Le pur bonheur pour nous fut notre séjour chez Chadraa al et Tamiraa chez eux à Buuran-Chuluu sur les lieux de leur zone d'hivernage, un couple d'éleveurs passionnés, ce séjour bien court fut une merveilleuse leçon de sociabilité et une belle histoire intérieure. Bravo à Orso d'emmener ainsi quelques touristes à comprendre comment par -20° dehors, sans eau, électricité, WC , Wifi, la vie est plus que cela quand la nature commande .

It is an edulcorated description of this camping which is simply rustic, especially in what is facilities and immediate surroundings which is the suburb near Oulan Bator with dirt tracks in the heart of Mongolian neighbours very rich steps… I plains no, but waiting generated by this presentation not very chic is necessarily disappointed!

We have two trips twice with this agency that was recommended to us by friends. Being riding, I was never also happy endlessly to cross the steppes accompanied by adorable Mongolian who garantient an organisation faultless. La Mongolie is a country seafood takes pride an exceptional human warmth to us. Still JJe dream my evenings by the fireplace with Ankreg, Nomi, Enebish... the concept nights under yurt is a unique experience recommended. I would not nights in hotels. Meals are cooked with local ingredients. An unforgettable experience and I recommend everyone. Les Domenge of Haute Pyrénées.

Very dear Igloo and Petit Futé, sums not supposed to do us by our vexations and critics? For my part I have including writes low have a " experience mitigée" , which does not want to say bad. I am not lover of the tour operators. Igloo jaime you did not sleep under yurt, but tent, also under negative temperatures, we spent one night under snow. I have nothing to say that. My critics is against the organisation and in the way in which guests are treated, not by supervision team but by the managers of the agency. I completely conceive the hitches, it is even what makes the charm of the voyages. What is less pleasant is to pass for imbeciles and cash cows. And yes desolate I have a little pride. The agency had not taken the trouble to book our plane tickets return of Khovd to Oulan Bator (our trips were reserved for more than 1 months). We have therefore due to poirauter Khovd much longer than due while we were meant for only 1 day. In were Khovd we to be accommodated at the hotel, we finally slept tent? Still not disturb me on the level comfort, which irritates it me is one night price in tent and hotel is not the same. We could not enjoy our stay with Khovd because we had to spend our time to the airport and to see the other passengers at the pithead leaving and staying us by what the agency did not do the job. Local party who completed us Khovd did not speak a word about English, difficult by rendering understood itself! We also had to pay to attend a traditional show with Oulan Bator to which we never could assist.
