A small sister of Giostra de Boulogne-Billancourt, this Italian brewery is located just opposite Saint-Rémy-lès-Chevreuse station, making it a perfect stopover for travelers and hikers. In a traditional brewery décor with a counter and mirror, and a warm atmosphere in tones of cream and raspberry, we restart with traditional dishes of transalpine cuisine: pizzas, pasta al forno, risotto or Italian meats are on the menu, which obviously comes with a fire. Ambiance calme
C était trop bon. On a terminé nos assiettes. C est bien servi. J ai fondu sur les croustillants de mozarrela.
