Italian brasserie in Saint-Rémy-les-Chevreuse offering traditional dishes of the transalpine cuisine.

A small sister of Giostra de Boulogne-Billancourt, this Italian brewery is located just opposite Saint-Rémy-lès-Chevreuse station, making it a perfect stopover for travelers and hikers. In a traditional brewery décor with a counter and mirror, and a warm atmosphere in tones of cream and raspberry, we restart with traditional dishes of transalpine cuisine: pizzas, pasta al forno, risotto or Italian meats are on the menu, which obviously comes with a fire. It's simple and practical!

Nous avons mangé des pizzas de bonne qualité. Le service, lui, était d'excellente qualité ! Agréable, poli, clair. Le samedi soir, le restaurant était bien occupé et nous avons trouvé le décor agréable et la musique de fond neutre, relaxante et bien choisie.
