Take the RER in the hustle and bustle of Paris and in half an hour you will find yourself in a rural landscape, full of greenery and, above all, silent. Although there are relatively many possibilities in this respect, some are more exotic than others. And this is the case of this shady walk, which, with its natural and cultural heritage, alternates small villages and forests. Leaving the RER, you take a small path to the centre of Chevreuse and then the (small) ascent to the forest. Special mention to the canals of Chevreuse, and to the fortified castle of La Madeleine, on the heights!
