Gourmet restaurant run by chef Eric Leautey. Cooking classes, takeaways, catering and tastings at La Cave.

Chef Eric Leautey works with seasonal produce, from the slate, in his tastefully decorated gourmet restaurant. He also offers cooking classes for amateurs, takeaway meals and a home catering service. Wine tastings are also organized in the restaurant's cellar, in the form of dinners with customized aperitif boards. Special mention should be made of the hare à la royale, simmered for 3 hours in a compote with porcini mushrooms and pan-fried foie gras. Time to eat!

Nous avons passé un délicieux moment à table. Des prix plutôt élevés justifiés par une qualité de service impeccable et une véritable expérience culinaire. Habitués des restaurants étoilés, nous nous en rappellerons un long moment, merci chef !
