Located on the market square in the vibrant city center, the Bouchon du Marché is in the purest tradition of Lyon's bouchons, combining quality products and conviviality. Olivier Cazier offers a convivial table where you can eat copiously, in the dining room or on the terrace, à la lyonnaise or in a more traditional way. Here, hospitality and quality go hand in hand: game terrine or cervelas lyonnais pistaché; pike quenelle, morel sauce; andouillette lyonnaise, mustard sauce... Comme son nom l'indique, c'est un bouchon, un vrai bouchon lyonnais et on y trouve toutes les cervelles de Canut, tabliers de sapeur, quenelles Nantua, gratons et autres charcuteries... mais pas uniquement.
Cadre et accueil sympas, service efficace et blagueur !
