Creperie near the castle preparing original and delicious pancakes and burgers.
Located in the warm pedestrian street of Satory, on the Saint-Louis side and a stone's throw from the castle, La Crêperie Jeanne, formerly known as Blé Noir, is one of the best Breton restaurants in the royal city. In a chic country atmosphere with a contemporary decor, between tradition and modernism, you can taste original and delicious pancakes: from classics such as the Cigalou (Emmental cheese, goat's cheese, applesauce, honey and tapenade) or the Savoyarde (Emmental cheese, raclette, potato, white ham and sausage) to "popeyes" such as the Chorizo (Emmental cheese, spinach, chorizo), not forgetting the salmon, chicken or ham suits, there is something for everyone. Wheat pancakes have nothing to envy to their salty cousins, with gourmet recipes such as Caradélice (with homemade caramel) or Kings (frangipane, pear and homemade chocolate). But the house also offers more contemporary options: the Breizh pizzas and the Breizh burgers are quite successful. If you're a bit elbow to elbow at lunchtime, the discomfort is quickly dispelled by the friendly and good-natured atmosphere of this elegant canteen.
