This establishment, which carries its name, is undoubtedly the best fish restaurant in Versailles. In this small space of the 23 seats, the owners created a high quality table. François Guibert, the chef, knows better than anyone the noblest fish and has all their qualities on the plate. Seafood lovers will appreciate the freshness of the products offered on the Rungis market. The card is changed every day, according to the auction, and everything is prepared home (especially fish fillets, generously proportional): stuffed scallops or organic Scottish smoked salmon in entry, then paved with wild swordfish or filet of wild roasted turbot on its skin, and in dessert, artisan glazed nougat or seasonal fruit delight. The dishes are tasted in beautiful dishes, and a refined setting with the accents. The landscape terrace is one of the most charming of the city, in the heart of the Saint-Louis squares. A strongly recommended establishment.

À fuir : S’ils gèrent leurs arrivages de poissons comme leurs réservations, vous risquez l’intoxication !
J’ai réservé pour notre anniversaire de mariage 3 semaines avant en laissant un message sur leur boîte. Sans nouvelle de leur part j’ai rappelé. La « patronne » m’a dit que je n’aurai pas dû, que c’était bien noté. J’ai rappelé l’heure, la date et mon nom. Résultat, le jour J, pas de réservation à notre nom et aucune excuse de la « patronne » qui met ma parole en doute. Nous avons passé une excellente soirée … au Limousin !

Très bonne adresse , il est tout ce qu'on attend d'un restaurant,accueil,qualité, et fraîcheur des produits (plus qu'important pour le poisson !!), présentation, et les desserts à tomber .

Nous avons eu la chance de pouvoir réserver une table la veille de notre séjour. Le restaurant était évidemment complet. Pourquoi évidemment, parce que une telle qualité attirela clientèle. Le service est agréable sans chichi, mais très correct. La fraicheur des plats est exceptionnelle, la présentation très agréable.

A restaurant or J likes to frequently, so much for the atmosphere, the reception and especially this that there is l-shaped dish. Being quite fastidious on quality, I find everything that makes a good restaurant has this place. Enjoy salmon smokes house, the homemade foie gras, stuffed shells, and J on the way. Needless to dithyrambic praise fish: they are simply fresh and excellently prepare. Desserts has to try: profiteroles, Brest paris, moss, crème brûlée (and all that house, please). An address to try absolutely, but remember to reserve given the quality of the place. In case of the restaurant, avoid other restaurants of the cross-section, absolutely.
