Thibaut Deltour decided to launch his restaurant in this beautiful, completely redecorated mansion on the Avenue de Saint-Cloud, alongside chef and master chef Alix Guiet. Keen to share his passion for meat, he offers a varied, high-quality menu. Menus evolve with the seasons, and meat cuts on the fixed menu are selected from choice partners - not forgetting side dishes and a few dishes for vegetarians. Private rooms available on reservation.
