Stéphane and Stephanie created here one of the new and exciting trends of Versailles. This chic canteen, which is held in the wine bar, has its own rustic freshness: grey walls, tiles and exposed beams, large wooden dining or small tables for lovers organize around the bar. The reception is like at home, and it is true that you feel good. In slate, a menu of the shortest, concocted with authentic products, fruits and vegetables coming directly from the farm. A "Chef du chef" is tasted - fondue of leeks to the Cecina beef and heart of smoked salmon - or a supreme yellow of the Landes, Moutardée cream and risotto cream. Let's note that the house excels in foie gras, declining according to several recipes (fig, fruits…). The famous desserts, which are the most greedy, have already toured the city: you taste the famous brookie (the direct root of the brownie and the cookie), or prefer a pie crispy with lemon and yuzu. In the evening, you will choose a cheese or sausage board with a glass of wine or a glass of champagne. And on a Thursday evening a month, we reserve for the wine-making evening, in five dishes, with agreement and wines. A small, friendly and warm address, without pretence, as was missing in Versailles.
