Restaurant offering a traditional, delicate and inventive cuisine.
It is in the Porchefontaine district that Alain Zinsmeister decided more than twenty years ago to set up his table, which is well known to fine gastronomes and lovers of fine products. In a refined setting, with a fireplace that warms guests in winter, gourmets will find a delicate and inventive traditional cuisine, combined with a well-stocked cellar. The chef makes his own market, freely transforms his raw products with taste, according to their taste qualities, into a cuisine as gourmet as it is healthy, convinced that "food is the basis of health". The menu is short and reveals his passion for the terroirs over the seasons. We taste a pressed duck foie gras and pears tapped with vouvray, then a roasted Stone Stone with shellfish sauce, before concluding with a "passionately chocolate" tartlet with barberry. The delicate and elegant service is in tune with this address of choice, which only deserves to be known.
