Nous avions réservé à midi pour un brunch, mais en arrivant nous avons dû patienter sans aucune indication ni prise en charge à l’entrée du restaurant pendant 5 minutes pendant que des serveurs passaient devant nous sans un geste.
Finalement, un serveur s’est approché de nous sans un bonjour pour nous expliquer avec un ton agressif qu’ils ne servent plus de brunch depuis un moment, que c’est marqué sur leur site et les sites partenaires. Il peut éventuellement nous servir un snack.
Pour rappel, hôtel 4 étoiles… mais service digne d’un motel d’autoroute.

A fuir. Très déçus. Service absolument pas à la hauteur du lieu qui est magnifique. Amateurisme. Accueil très long, prise de commande et apéritif très long, pas de prise de notes des plats commandés du coup ils revenaient régulièrement pour nous demander ce qui avait été commandé sans s’en souvenir, équipe pas organisée, beaucoup de pas pour rien. nos plats arrivaient vers d’autres tables puis revenaient……et service des plats en décalage.Plats cependant corrects
