LA CANTINE DES GRANDS
You just have to draw one of the very municipal chairs from the spacious dining room to relive this canteen atmosphere: the large counted bar on mix old jugs and numbered glass are framed black boards and childish drawings. The whole provides an old-school atmosphere enhanced with a trendy and relaxed touch. On the à la carte menu, La Cantine does not envy anything from her older sister (L'Aparthé): if beef or tartare fish and carpaccio occupies a first position on the menu (which curiously resembles to a liaison notebook!), the " Plats à louche" is also highly prized, punctuated with products organic. As starter, we suggest organic half-moon shaped raviolis with spring vegetables, a country soup or a fruity salad, spinaches and goat cheese; as a main course, we choose a bresaola salad, an Auvergne tartare with bleu and walnut, or a salmon fillet with orange butter. Finally, we suggest tart of the day on the blackboard or fruit compote covered with meringue! Friendly and nice atmosphere.
