This welcoming 1930s brasserie with its authentic decor serves traditional, high-quality cuisine. The establishment has obtained the Maître Restaurateur label and offers a menu that changes according to the market and especially the seasons. As a starter, you can enjoy a slice of "homemade" foie gras; the main course is a casserole of veal kidneys, a beef tartar or a pig's knuckle and its gourmet purée. The meal ends with the unavoidable floating island baked in the oven or the gourmet champagne with its three sweets.

The portions are generous, so food. However, I think that it is best to book dine because there are many people every Saturday evening when I went. Cotai service opening the waiters are available however around 21:00 when restore it began to be crowded that becomes difficult to ask to ask for the bill or another bottle of water.
Despite that I find that the dishes are really good and I will for tasting other dishes on the menu. To taste!
C'était de la semelle. Le pain n'était pas du jour. Le clou c'est quand le serveur nous apporte le vin en carafe(bouteille non ouverte devant nous). Il a le bon gout de nous dire que ce ne sont pas des cubis (encore heureux). Je remarque que la carafe est fraiche (on chercherait à masquer le gout). nous avions pris du Saumur Champigny.
Enfin j'avais pris comme dessert des profiteroles (du surgelé). Bref rien n'est fait maison..Très décevant au regard de l'addition où il faut avoir fait Centrale pour comprendre la facture qui ne reprend en rien ce qui est écrit sur la carte (la DDGCCRF y perdrait ses petits). Le serveur le reconnait largement. Bref tout cela ne m'a guère inspiré d'autant que je rédige rarement des avis mais là ca sentait trop le piège à con pour touriste.
