Address not far from the château, featuring sustainable cuisine with fish, sustainable meats and local vegetables.

La Table du 11, in the Cour des Senteurs near the château, is without doubt one of the finest culinary experiences in the region. Chef Jean-Baptiste Lavergne-Morazanni has worked with some of the greats (Ramsay, Alléno...). The limited menu is full of mystery: La Betterave, Cabillaud - Epinard - Citron, or Pamplemousse - Vanille. Quite a program! All products are organic, and fish and meat are sustainably farmed. 700 wine references. A timeless experience, to be repeated without hesitation.

Déçu par cet établissement avec peu de créativité dans l’assiette à l’image de la décoration du restaurant. Pas de surprise gustative et malheureusement encore faim à la sortie !
