La Table du 11, in the Cour des Senteurs near the château, is without doubt one of the finest culinary experiences in the region. Chef Jean-Baptiste Lavergne-Morazanni has worked with some of the greats (Ramsay, Alléno...). The limited menu is full of mystery: La Betterave, Cabillaud - Epinard - Citron, or Pamplemousse - Vanille. Quite a program! All products are organic, and fish and meat are sustainably farmed. 700 wine references. A timeless experience, to be repeated without hesitation.

Je ne sais pas si cela était dû au fait que nous étions les plus jeunes de la salle, mais il est parfois très désagréable de se faire prendre de haut par un serveur quand on nous parle du vin, ou ne pas nous proposer un supplément "truffe d'été" alors que ce supplément est proposé aux tables autour de nous (moyennant frais évidemment).
