Address not far from the château, featuring sustainable cuisine with fish, sustainable meats and local vegetables.
La Table du 11, in the Cour des Senteurs near the château, is without doubt one of the finest culinary experiences in the region. Chef Jean-Baptiste Lavergne-Morazanni has worked with some of the greats (Ramsay, Alléno...). The limited menu is full of mystery: La Betterave, Cabillaud - Epinard - Citron, or Pamplemousse - Vanille. Quite a program! All products are organic, and fish and meat are sustainably farmed. 700 wine references. A timeless experience, to be repeated without hesitation.

We have dined at more than one Michelin-starred restaurant in France, and this particular establishment provided the coldest and briefest service, lacking the kind of introduction and interaction we hoped for. We also hope that in the future, Asian customers can receive the same level of care as French customers when visiting.
While the restaurant had less ventilation, the overall ambiance was comfortable, and the food was delicious.
