La Table du 11, in the Cour des Senteurs near the château, is without doubt one of the finest culinary experiences in the region. Chef Jean-Baptiste Lavergne-Morazanni has worked with some of the greats (Ramsay, Alléno...). The limited menu is full of mystery: La Betterave, Cabillaud - Epinard - Citron, or Pamplemousse - Vanille. Quite a program! All products are organic, and fish and meat are sustainably farmed. 700 wine references. A timeless experience, to be repeated without hesitation.

L’endroit, l’accueil, le service ainsi que la cuisine tout à été superbe.
Ambiance élégante et raffinée, juste ce qu’il faut.
J’ai mis 4 étoiles et non 5 pour l’ambiance car une petite musique de fond pourrait accompagner les premiers clients quand le restaurant n’est pas encore plein mais ce n’est qu’un petit détail.
Tout était parfait et excellent.
Nous y retournerons .
