Xavier Pincemin, winner of Top Chef 2016, offers two restaurants here at the same address: the gastronomic table Pincemin and the atmospheric restaurant, Lafayette. The former offers a blind, seasonal menu, in seven or ten rounds depending on the formula, allowing diners to enjoy refined cuisine according to the chef's mood; while the latter offers a musical, subdued atmosphere, where the cuisine is inventive and follows the inspirations and trends of social networks - a real "playground"! Reservations recommended.
