Discover this adorable, comfortable and elegant 27m2 studio overlooking a picturesque courtyard in the historic Passage des Antiquaires. Quiet and luminous, the place has been tastefully restored, with a few pieces found on the market: Italian shower, Samsung TV "The Frame tableau", birch furniture, 70s-style Togo sofa, bolster table... The bedroom is very pleasant, with a large bed for a good night's sleep and an atypical glass partition. A very functional connected lock for an autonomous arrival.
