The famous Parisian tea lounge set in the Château de Versailles on the first floor of the Orleans Pavilion, in an elegant space of more than 700 m 2, accessible only to visitors. In this superb setting, Angelina's house, founded in 1903, offers all the classics that have made its success, and not déméritent. The warm chocolate of the house, "the African" creamy and based on being eaten in summer, is of course an appointment, as well as a vast and prestigious selection of teas. They are accompanied by pastries whose reputation is not false: the Mont-Blanc (meringue, chantilly and vermicelli of chestnut cream), the abundance to Bourbon vanilla, the "African Shock" (sweet façon biscuit and its black chocolate foam), but also a beautiful map of new such as the lemon cheesecake, the Mont blanc raspberry or even the vanilla, made by Sébastien Bauer, the illustrious chef-pastry de l'teaches. If you're rather salty, large salads with fat or smoked liver, sandwiches club, but also more consistent and tasty dishes such as truffle ravioli or roasted bar are on the menu, allowing you to take a meal on the spot. Other street address in front of the Petit Trianon, near the House of Switzerland. A well-deserved break.
