Isabelle Bizet took over the Fromagerie in 2022, but continues to work with Michel Fouchereau, Meilleur Ouvrier de France. Her boutique offers exceptional AOC (28-month-old Etivaz) and AOP (Salers or Camembert de Normandie) cheeses, as well as a range of creamery products (farmhouse milks, fromage blanc, ladled crème fraîche, etc.). You'll also find delicatessen products such as artisanal oils, jams, chutneys and fruit jellies. A fine selection of wines from small producers, chosen for their perfect "wine & cheese" pairing.
