When you enter one of the two pretty shops, you are immediately overwhelmed by the sweet smell of pastries and more specifically of cookies, that little cake from America. This concept store was imagined in 2016 by Pierre and Tim, long-time friends. They rely entirely on handmade, 100% natural, zero preservatives and on the quality of 100% French ingredients (Barry Callebaut chocolate, flours from the Moulins de Versailles, honey from the King's Kitchen Garden come from local producers). Pierre and Tim have developed a signature texture by creating a cookie that is soft on the inside and crunchy on the outside. And we assure you, the recipe can be totally addictive! The pink praline cookie, the white chocolate praline cookie, the white chocolate match tea, the three chocolates or the salted butterscotch caramel, without forgetting the brookies (half-cookies, half-brownies) are as many small delicacies that can be savoured on the spot with a tea or a coffee, or at home. Better still, if you feel like reproducing the taste of cookies at home, you can leave with a preparation kit. To be enjoyed with relish!
