Restaurant offering Spanish cuisine, grilled meats, and a variety of à la carte dishes.
Jean-Marc, the leader, travelled around the world, especially in Asia, a continent that his wife Rachel represents so well… Traditional flavours blend perfectly with the notes of exoticism… For immediate, simple and quality restoration, the chef will offer you grilled grills at the original presentation. 48 h in advance, on request, the card takes a completely different dimension: It is possible to order a Thai green curry, Thai soup, sashimis or sushi for 6 people minimum… All kinds of suggestions will be made. Of Spanish origin, he also excels in the manufacture of paella. Note that this kitchen hobby served the Crown of England as he worked for Queen Elizabeth at the Commonwealth Game in 1998! Enjoying diversity and culinary delights, go to Appaloosa, which is nearby, in Bize-Minervois!

Plats tous très réussis, sans aucun défaut. Cuisine excellente.
(Avis d'origine)
We got in with the children after reservation and we got a table at the terrace.
The children received special children cups with straws.
We decided to have the child’s meal for them with mussels as a starter. We ordered ourselves the 3 course menu. Both of us had the mussels as starter with a dry white Minervois, Thai curry chicken with rice, orange duck were main dish
Because of the nice taste we just decided to have two more main courses. The faux filet with blue cheese and the lamb.
As dessert the topical ice and the cheese with a moscatel wine.
As stuffed as a Christmas turkey we walked home.
Must try ; 3 course meal (enough food) is great price
