Restaurant on the banks of the Canal du Midi, with terrace, offering seafood specialties.
On the way to Carcassonne, you can stop off at the port of Bram for a gourmet break in a peaceful place on the edge of the Canal du Midi with a breathtaking view of the boats sailing on the canal. The restaurant l'Ile aux oiseaux offers fish and seafood specialties: oyster bar, plancha, salads, baked cheeses... You can sit down at leisure on the terrace with its duckboards or in the room that looks like a fishing hut.

Le gravelax de truite et ses légumes fermentés est parfaitement maîtrisé, à l'instar de la seiche sans faute. Le St Pierre est relevé par ses légumes goûteux.
L'accueil est très agréable et sympathique, aucun faux pas en ce sens de la part des 3 protagonistes.
Le coin est superbe.
Le prix sans doute un peu élevé est justifié par les arguments précédents.
Nous y retournerons avec plaisir.
