CÔTÉ Resto has quickly established itself as an essential reference in the Haute Vallée. We love the place for its quality cuisine made from fresh produce, and for the panoramic view of the Pyrenees mountain range. You'll also have a view of the large open kitchen. Dishes to share as an aperitif: Iberian ham croquettes, panko shrimps, semi-cooked salmon... and to continue, how about beef tartare, pork pluma or just-seared tuna? A short menu, a lunchtime special and the excellent wines of Domaine Gayda.

Un bon repas dans un cadre agréable. Le service était attentionné et sympathique. La dégustation de vin qui a suivi était également très bonne et les vins bien expliqués.

Excellent déjeuner pour nous 8 - très bon rapport qualité/prix.
Pas sûr qu'ils aient noté qu'un membre de notre groupe était allergique aux piments !
Ils ont insisté sur le fait que c'était de la tomate, mais nous avons tous convenu que c'était du poivron rouge haché. Très bien malgré cela.
