CÔTÉ Resto has quickly established itself as an essential reference in the Haute Vallée. We love the place for its quality cuisine made from fresh produce, and for the panoramic view of the Pyrenees mountain range. You'll also have a view of the large open kitchen. Dishes to share as an aperitif: Iberian ham croquettes, panko shrimps, semi-cooked salmon... and to continue, how about beef tartare, pork pluma or just-seared tuna? A short menu, a lunchtime special and the excellent wines of Domaine Gayda.

C'est la 2 ème fois en peu de temps que nous venons chez vous . La 1 était la réservation au nom de Jadot Michel . Nous sommes ravis de cette belle découverte. Nous habitons saint Martin de villereglan et ferons sans soucis la publicité de votre établissement. Tout était délicieux et le service excellent. Merci beaucoup a vous et à très vite
