CÔTÉ Resto has quickly established itself as an essential reference in the Haute Vallée. We love the place for its quality cuisine made from fresh produce, and for the panoramic view of the Pyrenees mountain range. You'll also have a view of the large open kitchen. Dishes to share as an aperitif: Iberian ham croquettes, panko shrimps, semi-cooked salmon... and to continue, how about beef tartare, pork pluma or just-seared tuna? A short menu, a lunchtime special and the excellent wines of Domaine Gayda.

Beautiful place to visit, food is excellent, staff very attentive.
The views from the restaurant are amazing. Rolling vinyards and olive groves.
