CÔTÉ Resto has quickly established itself as an essential reference in the Haute Vallée. We love the place for its quality cuisine made from fresh produce, and for the panoramic view of the Pyrenees mountain range. You'll also have a view of the large open kitchen. Dishes to share as an aperitif: Iberian ham croquettes, panko shrimps, semi-cooked salmon... and to continue, how about beef tartare, pork pluma or just-seared tuna? A short menu, a lunchtime special and the excellent wines of Domaine Gayda.

Nous avons pris le déjeuner à 22 euros et chaque plat a été livré selon sa saveur et sa présentation. Le service était excellent et le personnel très sympathique et serviable. Tout cela dans un cadre magnifique. Nous serons de retour!

Un lieu avec une vue splendide sur les champs d'oliviers et champs de vigne, une cuisine française traditionnelle digne de ce nom et pour finir le service au top ! Je recommande a 2000 pour cent !!! Petite suggestion : en dessert le mille feuilles,????.
