CÔTÉ Resto has quickly established itself as an essential reference in the Haute Vallée. We love the place for its quality cuisine made from fresh produce, and for the panoramic view of the Pyrenees mountain range. You'll also have a view of the large open kitchen. Dishes to share as an aperitif: Iberian ham croquettes, panko shrimps, semi-cooked salmon... and to continue, how about beef tartare, pork pluma or just-seared tuna? A short menu, a lunchtime special and the excellent wines of Domaine Gayda.

Très beau lieu dans lequel nous avons apprécié manger, très bonne ambiance, les serveuses étaient aimables, un cadre très agréable avec une vue imprenable sur les collines des Pyrénées au milieu des vignobles.
