Nestled in the Corbières on the heights of Camplong, Le Clos de Mauzac is well worth a visit... Depending on the weather, you'll either be seated in the uncluttered dining room, decorated with contemporary paintings by local artists, or on the terrace. Guillaume's cuisine follows the seasons, and the freshness of the produce is indisputable. The dishes served, sometimes local, sometimes exotic, leave no one indifferent. The cooking is just right, the spices subtly measured. A fine selection of local wines (some of them organic) will enhance your meal.

nous sommes venus en famille cet été pour fêter un évènement. La gentillesse du personnel et l'originalité des saveurs étaient au rendez vous. Nous avons aimé la mise de table couverts et assiettes en harmonie avec chaque plat. Une meilleure attention dans le service et le tempo entre chaque plat serait un plus; Attention la partie menu du site n'était pas à jour

Le 23 avril notre petite famille s est réunie dans ce restaurant, accueil, service et repas : super. Nous avons tous passé un moment dès plus agréable. Excellente cuisine. Un vrai plaisir. N hésitez pas, vous ne serez pas déçus. Quant à nous, nous renouvellerons cette démarche. Un grand merci au patron et cuisinier ainsi qu aux serveurs.

Restaurant niché au beau milieu des Corbières, proche de Lagrasse qui sert une cuisine de très bonne qualité avec un excellent service. Une très belle étape culinaire dans cette belle région.
