Nestled in the Corbières on the heights of Camplong, Le Clos de Mauzac is well worth a visit... Depending on the weather, you'll either be seated in the uncluttered dining room, decorated with contemporary paintings by local artists, or on the terrace. Guillaume's cuisine follows the seasons, and the freshness of the produce is indisputable. The dishes served, sometimes local, sometimes exotic, leave no one indifferent. The cooking is just right, the spices subtly measured. A fine selection of local wines (some of them organic) will enhance your meal.

Nous aimons ce restaurant, car il propose une cusine de chef. Des bons produits frais, bien travaillés. La carte des vins est à la hauteur et propose sans prétention des vins bien choisis à des prix très raisonnables. Bel accueil et cadre très paisible. Bref, nous sommes venus, il y a un an, et revenus ce soir: la confirmation d'une très bonne adresse à des prix de concurrents qui sont largement un cran en dessous. Nous recommandons aux gourmets et aux autres.
