LE TOP DU ROULIER HÔTEL-RESTAURANT
Hacienda with a terrace offering traditional cuisine, fresh local products, and fish.
The Top Du Ro has reopened its doors, and it is owed to Jean-Philippe and Matthieu. Don't trust appearances when you go ahead and you're on the 113, the place really is surprising… The stone-like tower building features a superb and large terrace, and you can install it here as a small air from Spain… Even the rustic decoration of the room might make you think of "una taverna andaluza" but here, no flamenco dancer or paella, you will be served a simple but refined cuisine based on local traditions and fresh products. Cooking is controlled and preserved flavours, fine gourmet salads, terrine of foie gras (house), Alaric snails or cassoulet (also home) will transport your taste buds to the Cathar paths, while fish lovers are quick with entire seabream and rosemary. The selected local wines will accompany your meal wonderfully well. On the hotel side, all rooms and public areas are new and decorated in a clean and modern style. The rooms are well-equipped and have a shower room with an Italian shower, TV and a small balcony overlooking the inner courtyard. To perfect it all, it is worth noting that in the hotel or restaurant, the reception is always excellent. Owners and staff are in the small care for the guests, and it's very nice.
