L'endroit est magnifique, que ce soit en Terrasse ou bien à l'intérieur.
J'ai pris un repas a 49€ le midi, formule complète avec bouteille d'eau, 2 verres de vins et café.
Imbattable niveau rapport qualité prix sur Carcassonne le midi.
Le repas était pas mal, mention spéciale aux desserts, bravo au chef pâtissier.
Le seul petit hic était dû à un serveur (avec des Dreads locks) qui parlait assez mal avec les autres employés ce qui a choqué ma femme mais sinon rien a dire, le sommelier très agréable et professionnel tout comme la chef de rang.
N'hésitez pas à découvrir cette adresse si vous venez sur Carcassonne.

4th time there, first time in the evening, we wanted the full experience and took the menu "degustation" with wine selection. Portions were very small (more than ever seen in past star restaurants). Sommelier visibly tired of local wines (as per his saying), worst was when after the dinner he served me another whisky than the one i ordered and only recognized it after i insisted to see the bottle. Despite a fantastic location, i ended up disappointed. (Also strange that the chef was not seen as it usually happens in such restaurants). Might not return anytime soon.
