It is what Spa Cinq Mondes offers, created in June 2015 at Hôtel de la Cité: moments of relaxation, rest and treatments, according to the beauty rituals from five different horizons, Morocco, Japan, Indonesia, India and Siam. Each of the rituals is a ceremonial accompanied by a personalised combination of essential oils with delicate scents which invigorate your body and illuminate the skin. The Cinq Mondes Spa of Hôtel de la Cité has two treatment rooms, a scrub room, a hammam, a duo bathtub, a sensorial shower and a relaxation area. You will have a delicious moment of relaxation which is not only offered to guests of Hôtel de la Cité, but accessible to all, by a simple appointment. An unforgettable experience!

Excellente découverte.
Cuisine qui vaut largement son étoile.
Service impeccable et aux petits soins avec les enfants dans un très beau cadre.
Sommelier de bon conseil et qui ne pousse pas à l'achat d'une bouteille hors de prix, bien au contraire.

Truly magnificent. If you ever want to know what a Michelin Star means, La Barbacane will give you the answer. Each morsel told a story. Each portion was finely constructed and prepared. It was a veritable total dining experience from the moment we walked in. The expert service was friendly and helpful. A restaurant of this calibre has many great reviews, and I am also compelled to take the time to commend La Barbacane for such a stellar experience. Bravissimo!

Our first French Fine Dining experience at La Barbacane located in the beautiful Hotel de la Cite with Michelin ⭐ chef Jérôme Ryon. It is a bucket list item we wanted to experience at least once in our lives and glad we did.

This was a dining experience set in one of the most romantic environments. Upon arrival you are seated in a historic piano lounge for cocktails and a table side amuse-bouche, and make your dinner selections.

You are then escorted to your table where the Sommelier assists with selecting to perfect bottle of wine based on your dinner selection and preferred taste.

Once the wine is presented, it is off to a fairytale dejvu experience of Beauty and The Beast's "Be our Guest".

The food was amazing, the service outstanding, and the atmosphere in the dining room reminiscent of a castle.

Un cadre exceptionnel gorgé d'histoire et d'élégance, des mets fins, délectas et originaux qui valorisent les cultures locales, et un personnel toujours adorable.
Le plus pour le personnes qui ont du mal à se déplacer, âgées, blessés ou autre : parking privé, puis voiturette pour vous déposer devant la porte et venir vous chercher ensuite.
