Family restaurant in the centre of Carcassonne offering homemade dishes with good value for money.
In the heart of the city, the Blasco family's restaurant, with Julien as the owner, plays the "bistro" card with small homemade dishes such as the excellent cassoulet made according to the rules of the art, and recognised by the Universal Cassoulet Academy. But they also know how to play a creative card with haddock fillet, risotto, bourride sauce and fresh herbs or pumpkin velouté and its praline espuma. A pretty room on the first floor, a very pleasant terrace, an attentive service and a very good quality-price ratio.

Un vrai régal de bout en bout, en extérieur, sous l'ombre bienveillante des parasols. Un budget très raisonnable et pour un repas où, en plus, le sourire est à volonté !
Courrez-y !

We got the menu option with the salad, cassoulet and dessert. The salad was rich with lots of different vegetables. The cassoulet was delicious and was the best part of the dinner. The meat and the beans were well cooked and tasty. The desert was good but nothing special.

Very good atmosphere and you are located in the square. The menu is very interesting - on a board that goes from table to table. This way it seems like they change the menu every once in a while.
