If you enter the town through the Porte Narbonnaise, you can't go wrong: the restaurant is on the second street on the right. The chef offers ancestral cassoulet, the emblematic dish of the Aude region. You can enjoy it here simply, in a bistronomic or terroir formula, on the shady patio sheltered from the wind or inside the building. Le cassoulet était bon sans être excellent, les lingots n étaient pas assez cuits et le cassoulet plutôt gras. Bref expérience moyenne car j en ai goûté de bien meilleurs à Toulouse notamment...

Je recommande d'abord parce que c'est fait maison, que ça a du goût, on est volé ni sur la qualité ni sur la quantité. On est bien accueilli, tout est propre, ambiance sympas. Un cassoulet maison ça ne s'évite pas, ça s'affronte ????
