Inn on the Castle Square offering regional cuisine and grilled meats.

Located on the Castle Square, in one of the oldest houses of the medieval city, the Auberge de Dame Carcas pays tribute to a legendary character and offers regional cuisine: cassoulet with duck confit, "coustellous" of pig with honey, filet mignon with porcini mushrooms, but also meats grilled over a wood fire. The kitchen, open to the room, allows customers to see the chef working in the kitchen, for the pleasure of the customers. The plates are copious and prepared with care, the service is friendly, in short, a recommended address.

Personnel horrible. Nous étions assis dehors en attendant de commander et avant de commander, je suis allé à l'intérieur pour utiliser la salle de bain. J'ai demandé à la serveuse où elle avait été grossièrement informée que c'était réservé aux clients. Je lui ai dit que j'étais un client et que j'étais assis dehors. Elle a dit que le déjeuner était terminé et qu'elle ne nous servirait même pas de boissons. Il y avait d'autres clients à l'intérieur, on nous a donc refusé le service pour une raison inconnue. Si je pouvais donner à cet endroit 0 étoiles, je le ferais.
