A traditional restaurant in the heart of the medieval city, serving home-style cuisine. Take a trip back in time with our authentic cassoulet with duck confit, served in a traditional cassole. Menus with local names: menu des ducs d'Oc, menu des remparts, menu de la cité, menu de Carcassonne, with gourmet variations on duck and a choice of fish to enjoy in the dining room or on the shaded patio, accompanied by AOC wines from the region (Minervois, Cabardès...). The Auberge des Ducs d'Oc is the ideal place for large groups to visit.
