Menus with local names: menu des ducs d'Oc, menu des remparts, menu de la cité, menu de Carcassonne, with gourmet variations on duck and a choice of fish to enjoy in the dining room or on the shaded patio, accompanied by AOC wines from the region (Minervois, Cabardès...). La responsable de salle est aimable comme une porte de prison.
Cuisine de mauvaise qualité (surgelé / tarte tatin réchauffée sûrement au micro-onde) et quantité minimale.

Restaurante acogedor, pero mesas pequeñas y muy juntas. La cassolette con pato, i el foie, estaba muy rico los dos. Recomendable.
Tienen menu de varios precios, muy completos. bedida aparte.
Servicio muy correcto y atento.
Tienen la carta en español.

Comida ideal, servicio muy amable (hablan español), ambiente perfecto para comerse un buen Cassoulet típico de Carcassonne.

Produits de qualités médiocres et congelés. Plats sans aucun intérêt, et hors de prix par rapport à la qualité. Un restaurant attrape touristes a fuir absolument. Une honte

My husband and I had dinner there last night - he had duck which was fine, but I chose entrecote which was inedible. Very chewy with lots of gristle. I left it and told the waitress why - she had a terrible attitude and said entrecote always has lots of gristle and walked away. Service went rapidly down hill after that , actually was non-existent. The young waiter was very nice. I can't recommend the restaurant ( there are lots to choose from) and certainly won't return.
