Menus with local names: menu des ducs d'Oc, menu des remparts, menu de la cité, menu de Carcassonne, with gourmet variations on duck and a choice of fish to enjoy in the dining room or on the shaded patio, accompanied by AOC wines from the region (Minervois, Cabardès...). La comida justita por lo que hace a la calidad.
Servicio muy muy lento, haces la digestión entre plato y plato.
En la terraza muchísimo calor sin nada para refrescar, podrían poner un ventilador ni que sea para que moviera un poco el aire. El espacio muy reducido entre mesa y mesa, parece un tetris...

La experiencia de comer aquí me resultó muy desagradable por el calor, el reducido espacio, la cara agria de los camareros y la actitud arisca del dueño en todo momento con los niños a quien riñó a gritos por que le molestaba el sonido del telefono movil.

restaurant à fuir, pour le repas à 25 euros , feuilleté et cassoulet insipides, accompagnement du saumon ridicule : un quart de tomate et une poignée de riz sans goût, pain décongelé, on nous a servi le café en même temps que les sorbets, apero offert : sangria qui n'a que le nom de sangria, autant ne rien servir. prix du café 2,60 , prix du litre de badoit 6 euros. seule la serveuse sauve les meubles.
