De très bon sushi qui nous ont réconcilié avec les Makis Californien (mauvaise expérience dans une autre sushi de la
Ville) notamment avec un saumon fondant, du riz collant mais pas étouffant … enfin vraiment parfait et succulent ! J’aurais su, j’en aurais pris plus , mais j’y reviendrais !!!!
Contrairement à ce que j'ai pu lire, la seule fois où il y a eu une petite erreur dans notre commande, après signalement, la réaction a été très professionnelle et très commerçante, avec mea culpa.
Peut-être que de précédents avis ont porté leurs fruits.
En tous cas bravo pour vos sushis et makis.
